I don't know who the baby is. Don't know when it was taken.
The information I have on this picture is that the baby is Odie, Uncle Zeb's son. The others you have correct. I wonder if the little house is the rooms they moved to make a barn? Then the rock house would be behind it.

When was Odie born? That would give an idea of the year.
